5249tadman9/3/2010: 12:28 PMST This is a less-than-ideal stage situation and we are looking for positioning insights. The club we are playing at has a drum stand fixed in the location for the gig. The drum stand is approximately 5.5 feet deep by 8 feet wide. It is 1 foot high. It provides just enough room for the drum set (e-set) boom stands, rack and throne, etc. (Don't have a room photo handy--sorry. Picture drum set centered on this stand). It is central to the room. There is a small space behind the stand (about 3 feet deep). We have 6 B1s that we could stack centrally behind the drum stand, but seems a bit close and also fear the 1 foot high stand may serve to block some of the audio output (though we can see most of the bottom-most B1s from our standing position. We are looking for input or insights on positioning the B1s and Model II towers/PAS systems. FYI5249

5244BORNintoMUSIC8/30/2010: 8:33 PMSTST Edit: Standard Legend Symbols My audio interface will support up to 8 connections. Each green number represents the amount of connections needed for that person. The green numbers represent the output 1 (left) and output 2 (right) to the L1 systems. I will use a laptop w/ Cubase to manage the Mix. At the moment this setup requires 9 connections total. Although we may be able to get away with 8 by using just the overheards and a kick mic??5244
