Hi, I am known here as joelheck, actually Joel the other half of the Billie-Joel Duo. Depending if I continue booking more Solo events, I may switch to JW or Joel William with my actual middle name.

Been Playing Since

I started off around 1962, playing Guitar, Bass, Keyboards and Sang with a number of groups for 18 years, paused for Corporate life, about 15 years and now back at it strong for the last 6 years on Vocals and Guitar.

Your Group

We have a very popular Duo, Billie-Joel's Time Travels, Music from Yesterday and Today, Billie-Joel.com with Billie, an excellent Female Vocalist, and myself also on Vocals and playing Guitar with backing tracks. We cover a wide variety of music, mostly Oldies, Standards, Light Jazz, Tropical-Rock and Country. A few events, book as a Solo, like The Villages, Parrot Heads Club for over 3 years, covering the hits of Jimmy Buffet and a Caribbean flavor, Trop-Rock as it is sometimes called. Either way, with both of us as former lead singers for previous bands, we keep busy, blending harmonies and have a great time entertaining our wonderful audiences.
