This page probably ought to be just linked to this http://toonz.ca/bose/wiki/index.php?title=L1%E2%84%A2_and_the_Panaray%C2%AE_MA12 page (so future improvements are only in one place).
I'm not sure how to do a re-direct ...
... and after a skim through the Wikipedia notes on editing and renaming, I'm still not sure how (or if only an Administrator can set up an automatic re-direct).
I did note that no other pages link directly to this one. Maybe it could just be deleted.
